The Fugitive Task Force has an arrest warrant for Jahmari “Wack” Cooper, who they hope to charge in the fatal shooting of Jeri “Racks” Kollock on Oct. 11, police said.
Kollock was the victim of a robbery at around 4:30 p.m. in the stairwell of Building 1 of the Greene Homes housing project. He was forced to strip naked and remove his jewelry before he was shot multiple times, police said.
If found, Cooper will be charged with murder, felony murder and first-degree robbery, police said.
